Walking in a Winter Wonderland

After a week of rains, floods, and generally disgusting weather, the weather in Boston finally took a turn -the last few days have been simply gorgeous! It FINALLY looks like spring is here, but I  just thought i’d share some pictures I took this winter in Washington D.C. celebrating the beauty of snow! Washington D.C. got hit pretty badly this winter – 2 back to back snow storms dumping nearly 50 inches of snow, which is UNHEARD of for D.C. – and I HAPPEN to travel to D.C. each time (just my luck!)

Verona

I spent my winter holidays traveling in Europe. Having grown up in Sweden and studied abroad in Denmark, I feel like Europe is my “second home,” and I love going back! This time, I went to Vienna, Verona, and Barcelona. Here are some panoramic city shots I took from the top of the Tower of Verona – the view was absolutely breathtaking!
